He holds a PhD in Communication from the University of Veracruz. Full-time professor at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the UAEM. Member of the National System of Researchers of Conacyt, Level 1. Founder and President of the International Network FAMECOM, C.S.O. Consultant in social programs related to subjects of communication, families, youth and technologies of the information and communication.

She holds an MA in Communication, with the thesis “Teenagers, sexuality and media interactions”, by the Ibero-American University at Santa Fe (Mexico City). She is a research professor at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico. She is the institutional coordinator of the International Network FAMECOM, C.S.O. She holds a MA in Economics by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She held an academic stay at the San Diego State University, in California, on the subject of pharmaceutical industry. Received a Conacyt fellowship during her postgraduate studies. She holds a BA in International Commerce by the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Toluca. She took part in the multidisciplinary diploma in HIV/AIDS given by the National Institute of Public Health, «Diagnostic and strategic response».
She collaborated with Robert Bosch GmbH as a planner of national and import materials for the tracking and activation with suppliers, inventory management, and coordination with production lines, customer service, traffic, receipts and warehouses. She worked for the pharmaceutical company Roche Mexican Services, in the Toluca plant, as an export executive. She worked on an Afore-Bancomer Operational Process Improvement Program, based on a survey to identify improvement of transfer and affiliation processes, as well as the recognition of control, verification and validation of files and of actors or areas of greater incidence.
She is founder of the International Network FAMECOM C.S.O., where she is the Treasurer. Currently, she is the Project Coordinator of the Network and is a lecturer at the Department of Economics of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM). She has coordinated the following projects:

He is co-author of the chapter «Communication Media: music, youth and health», in Communication and Health. Youth and family coordinates; co-author of the books: Monitoring and Evaluation System of Results for Public Management and Instrumental Developments of a Monitoring and Evaluation System of Management by Results, for the government of Bolivia in 2007; co-author of the chapter «Research on adolescent sexuality. COMSALUD Project from the UAEM», in Adolescence, Sexuality and Communication. Collaborator of the Academic Body Interdisciplinary Studies on Planning, Development and Quality of Life. He took part in the multidisciplinary diploma in HIV/AIDS given by the National Institute of Public Health, «Diagnostic and strategic response». Lecturer in the BA in Alternative Means of Conflict Resolution of the Department of Law of the UAEM. Associate researcher in the International Network FAMECOM C.S.O.
She has been responsible for the analysis in research projects such as: Basic Education without Borders, ICTs in electoral campaigns. Case Study: Campaign to Governor of the State of Mexico 2012, Youth and risk behaviors, Use of Information and Communication Technologies, AMIC Systematization, as well as the implementation of social projects and citizen participation (SUBSEMUN) in Valle de Chalco, Nezahualcóyotl and Metepec. She has experience in basic level teaching, academic curriculum design, curriculum design and manuals. She has been involved in logistics and coordination activities for congresses and national and international academic forums. She has recently collaborated on projects such as:

Worked as investigation assistant for the Colectivo Ecologista Jalisco, with the Project “Modos de Vida Sostenible en América Latina y El Caribe”, coordinated by United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). She has worked in NGOs, such as Children International Mexico and AIESEC Estado de Mexico. At present, she serves as researcher for the Red Internacional FAMECOM A.C.
